Shipping & Orders

Where do you ship to?

We ship all over the world and it's FREE.

We are unable to ship to PO boxes or military bases.

How long will it take to get my order?

9-16 business days after you place the order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an automated email with the tracking info of your shipment. In case you have not received a tracking number, please contact us at support@linglangfashion.com

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please email us at support@linglangfashion.com with your order number within 12 hours and our team will try to accommodate your request.

Can I edit my address after the order has been placed?

If your order hasn't shipped, we can edit the shipping address. Make sure you contact us at support@linglangfashion.com as soon as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my piece?

We gladly offer free returns or exchanges within 48hours from the day of delivery. All pieces must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

How do I return or exchange my item?

When will I receive my refund?

Once our team has received and inspected the returned item, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds are generally posted to bank accounts within 2-3 business days.
